The Côtes de Provence red wine of 2001 Les Valentines is one of the big reds of Provence. Complex, rich, and characterised by spicy flavours, this wine is produced from a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carignan Old. It is at its best advantage when served with a meat dish or grilled and fried autumn vegetables.
